SALON POLICIES

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running a little behind text or call salon to notify. Note* due to some slow series appointments may run behind schedule, stylist will notify you if expected to run behind more than 30 minutes.

Do to space, don't bring extra guess. If you have to bring someone they must sit in waiting area. 

Please wash your hands before appointment. Mask are not required at this time. If sick, call to reschedule.

Booksy has time frame for cancelation information. Appointments canceled after allowed grace period client  will not receive deposit back, to compensate stylist for their time. 

 

           DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are strictly enforced. Non transferable and Nonrefundable outside grace period. Grace period is ending 4 days before scheduled appoint. No Call or No Show will result in being Blocked. 2 missed appointments without notifying the stylist will result in being Blocked.

           APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

Retwist services comes with complimentary shampoo and conditioning. Dryer time is not included in online appointment time. If booking a hair cut appointment after loc appointment book haircut a hour and a half after scheduled time. If styling is booked for appointment, Client can decide to not get styling but price will remain the same. If client has matting at the root, stylist will add additional fee. Please come to appointment with pervious style removed to avoid setting schedule behind and being charged additional fee of $30 and up.
